How does one update the information section (camera, shutter speed etc....) for each shot?
Thanks.

Wow, these forums are so quiet. Well Andy, I believe you are asking how to add data in for the EXIF section of the FolderBlog templates. This data is recorded directly from the camera (or at least my Nikon D70).

The trick I was having is that when I imported my photos from iPhoto into Photoshop CS, I was using "Save For Web..." to save the RAW files to JPG. This way kills the EXIF info so it won't show up.

If you are using RAW format files in Photoshop CS, Do the following. Image > Mode > 8 Bit. Then just use the regular File > Save As... and save out to JPG.

VIOLA! A JPG file with EXIF data intact!

Hope this helps -

Thanks for your help! I'll try this. The only prob is that I often recrop. I don't suppose CS will carry the EXIF data to the new image? (create new, paste)

Andy, Photoshop won't carry the EXIF data to a new image. Try either using the crop tool itself from the tools pallette, or copying and pasting your crop to a new layer of the same image rather than a new image altogether (then flattening).
